Sziasztok Hozzám került egy OV-Homebox Set top Box, amit a tulaja az 5V helyett 12V.-ra kötötte rá és azóta kakukk. Találtam benne egy elég szépen szétdurrant smd IC-ét amit szerencsére még kiolvasható a ABB2HA felirat. Sajnos én nem találtam semmit erről az IC-ről. Ha valaki tud valamilyen segítséget adni, hogy mi lehet ez, kérem segítsen. Tibi
Sziasztok! Egy egyedi gyártású kínai szerkezetet javítok, aminek még típusa sincs ezért nem tudom megírni. Lényeg, hogy van benne egy 8 lábú SMD IC amelyről gondosan lekaparták a feliratot. Az IC +12V-os tápot kap. A 2-es lábára megy egy 3,3MHz-es négyszögjel, de a kimeneten nincs semmi. Pontosan nem tudom, hogy az 6-os vagy a 7-es láb a kimenet, mert össze van kötve. Én arra tippelek, hogy ez egy teljesen visszacsatolt műveleti erősítő, melynek az invertáló bemenete és a kimenet össze van kötve és a neminvertáló bemenetre kapja a jelet. Csatolok egy rajzot. Van valakinek ötlete, hogy mi lehet ez. 1. NC 2. IN+ (szerintem nem invertáló bemenet) 3. GND 4. NC 5. GND 6. Out vagy IN- 7. Out vagy IN- 8. +12V Üdv.
Sziasztok! Egy mediaboxban volt az alkatrész, az USB tápját kapcsolta. A bázison/gate-en vezérlőjel, az Emitteren/Source-n tápfeszültség, a kollektoron/drain-on az usb aljzat tápfeszültséglába. A felirat egyértelműen M0Y (nulla a közepn), sot23-as tokban. P-csatornás FET-re tippelnék, de lehet ez bonyolultabb is (top switch), a tranzisztort kizárnám. Tudnátok segíteni egy adatlappal (esetleg más készülékben mi kapcsolja az usb-re a tápot)? Üdv: Jácint
